This will preserve your current settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Transfer Essential Parameters<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to sys -&gt; essentials -&gt; ProbeOffset.g<br>tooloffset.g<br>uoffset.g<br>yoffset.g<br>wifimode.g<br>zoffset.g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Move (copy &amp; replace) these files to the \u201cuser\u201d folder in the new firmware directory.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Re-insert SD Card and Power On<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safely remove the SD card from your computer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reinsert it into the Duet 2 board on your 22IDEX.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plug in the power cable to turn on the machine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: Execute Firmware Update<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the 22IDEX Web Interface in a browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the command: \u201cM997S0:1\u201d to start the update.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The update takes about 1-2 minutes. Do not turn off the power or press the E-Stop during this time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When done, the machine will restart. Successful updates show white LEDs, then red LEDs after about 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6: Wi-Fi Configuration<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect to &#8220;22IDEX&#8221; Wi-Fi (Password: \u201c1234567890\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter \u201c192.168.0.1\u201d in your browser to access the Web Interface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To connect to your local Wi-Fi, go to: Dashboard -&gt; Macros -&gt; System -&gt; Setting -&gt; WiFi -&gt; \u201cConnect to my WiFi Network\u201d and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 7: Final Verification<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Z-Probe Holder Position:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to: Dashboard -&gt; Macros -&gt; System -&gt; Calibration -&gt; Z Probe -&gt; Rotate holder to set degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the Z-Probe holder is horizontal in the pickup position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust using \u201cAdjust pickup angle CCW\u201d or \u201cAdjust pickup angle CW\u201d if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Verify by pressing \u201cPlace the probe\u201d and \u201cPick the probe\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z-Offset Calibration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to: Dashboard -&gt; Macros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u201cZ-Offset Calibration\u201d and follow the instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Printer Calibration:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start printing immediately if using only the left nozzle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For mirror or duplicate mode: Dashboard -&gt; Macros -&gt; System -&gt; Calibration -&gt; Tool Alignment -&gt; Auto Tool Height Calibration (Mirror &amp; Duplicate modes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For dual color\/multi-material prints: After the above, Dashboard -&gt; Macros -&gt; System -&gt; Calibration -&gt; Tool Alignment -&gt; Auto XY Tool Alignment with a Probe (Multi Material). Validate using the \u201cXY &#8211; Alignment Test.3mf\u201d file from Dashboard -&gt; Jobs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 8: Configuring a Slicer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download the latest slicer version for your OS and install.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get the 22IDEX configuration files at: Dashboard -&gt; Jobs -&gt; PrusaSlicer_config_bundle.ini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the slicer: File -&gt; Import -&gt; Import Config Bundle -&gt; Select the downloaded file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate expert setting mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose \u201cprinter settings\u201d -&gt; \u201c22IDEX Standard mode.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201copen physical printer\u201d (small gear icon, top left).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your machine\u2019s IP, ensuring \u201cHost type\u201d is \u201cDuet\u201d to allow wireless slicer to machine connection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cTest\u201d and, once verified, \u201cOK\u201d -&gt; \u201cSave Preset.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations!
